To keep pace with North Allegheny’s high academic standards and student-focused mission, the District upgraded and expanded three of its schools. Construction over two summers was phased to minimize disruptions and implement key program elements in the first year.
Supporting its commitment to the arts, related classrooms were completely transformed to better engage the students. Façade improvements, included all new windows, enhanced energy efficiency and visual appeal.
The colorful finishes and new lighting in lobbies and corridors create a stimulating and engaging experience for students and faculty. Improved energy efficiency features include upgrades to the heating and cooling systems, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, and high-efficiency lighting systems. Accessibility was improved throughout the facility.
