This exciting new building was designed to provide a facility to meet the needs of today’s students and the University community while providing a signature building on campus. Before this facility, there was not a main intersection point for students and the campus community and now this is the center of student life. This student life hub is the main gathering point from all sides of campus as it provides space for students to study, socialize, and engage.

The striking facility includes meeting rooms, a ballroom, a programming space, a student organization center, a student media center, a student services center, and lounges and social spaces. In addition, the building includes a new Rathskeller and landscaped patio area facing Lake Osceola. Affirming the University’s commitment to sustainability, this project has achieved Silver LEED Certification from the United States Green Building Council.

This project was designed in collaboration with Arquitectonica.
