Warren Bulseco

Senior Vice President

It’s been mucho years since Warren ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. But he hasn’t lost a single step.

Today he runs around with his 4 kids, coaches soccer, and attends a slew of family sporting activities. This training regimen has served him well as one of WTW’s leading architects of recreational and athletic complexes, as well as dining facilities. He has been with the firm for 32 years and clients value his expertise because he looks beyond a project’s physical elements and focuses on how humans connect with buildings.

By incorporating his artistic values, he is able to create designs that inspire, exceed expectations and connect people with meaningful architecture. He is a contributing author to the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA), and actively involved in PIRSA and NACAS. Warren gives WTW an unmistakable competitive edge when it comes to creating holistic, sustainable designs that promote health, wellness and nutrition. And that’s no bull.
