In response to Lincoln University's anticipated growth and to assist in their efforts to recruit new students, WTW Architects collaborated with the University to complete the Schematic Design

The suite-style facility will feature around 360 beds, individual bedrooms, compartmentalized bathrooms, and transcendent communal spaces, including a multipurpose room, lounges, laundry facilities, and outdoor spaces for students to thrive and connect.

A featured community kitchen positioned among the building’s shared public spaces provides students unique opportunities to socialize and share meals together.

In addition to meeting student needs, the development will also support the University’s sustainability goals for both this individual project and the campus as a whole. A geothermal strategy to support the new residence hall and the existing adjacent one is under consideration.
