It's Earth Week and today we're featuring SUNY Polytechnic's Hilltop Hall.
Hilltop Hall is the first SUNY System residence hall to meet Net Zero Carbon certification requirements. A notable feature is that the building has been designed to Passive House standards to maximize energy savings through increased envelope insulation, attention to air barrier & vapor retarder detailing, and high-efficiency windows.
