Taking advantage of the climate, the Center is organized around an extensive landscaped outdoor courtyard that serves as the hub of student life. The design respects the classic southern California aesthetic that defines the campus.

Two expanded dining areas with indoor seating for 750; a 10,000-square-foot multipurpose room; conference and meeting rooms; a 6,000-square-foot performance space; student organization offices; and student life facilities are provided.
As Executive Design Architect, WTW designed the facility for the University, which in turn offered it to design/build teams for construction.
