Through a highly interactive process that engaged a wide community of stakeholders, WTW led the process of creating a plan for a vibrant and identifiable campus in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. The dynamic process generated a wide range of concepts that were refined and incorporated into the plan.

moreThe final space plan documents and informs a vision to create an “Academic Village”, a concept embraced by the Administration and broader community. The concept improves the urban experience, embraces historic structures, and encourages sustainability in all aspects of campus life.
The current update to the master space plan documents initial implementation projects and addresses evolving programmatic needs with a fresh look at the successes of the initial vision and areas of potential improvement.
