Housing Master Plan, Indiana University of Pennsylvania

Officials at IUP recognized that its housing stock was no longer attractive to 21st century students or contributing to student retention. In response, WTW created an energetic residence life master plan, one that would reinvent the campus. In order to establish the vision, objectives, and requirements for this user-focused master plan, the WTW team provided a variety of fact finding and analytical services, including the analysis of existing programs and facilities, housing trends, and the market place. Interactive focus groups were conducted, as well as on-line surveys.
