Helm on the Allegheny – Steel City Capital Partners

Given its location perpendicular to the Allegheny River, the building is designed much like an oceanfront property. The majority of the units are arranged in an angled configuration facing toward the river views.

First-floor lobby and offices flank retail space and a multi-level parking structure. Amenities include a fitness center with direct access to the city’s riverfront trail system and a rooftop Club Room and terrace overlooking the river.

This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
