Our team, WTW Architects, Ballard King & Associates and Water Technologies, Inc., was selected by the USC Township Commissioners to provide a Market Analysis and demographic summary of the service area for a new Community Center with Aquatic facility. The analysis included meeting with stakeholders, community members, members of the USC Ad Hoc Committee, Commissioners, and Staff to research the viability of a proposed facility. Our study included validating the Ad Hoc Committees findings, reviewing operating costs, staffing, and capital costs for a proposed facility.

The exciting results of this study, led USC to move forward with our Design Team for Phase I of the new Community Center and Aquatics Center at the Boyce Mayview Site.
