As the fourth office building in the first phase of the 3 Crossings development, this 130,500 square foot metal and glass structure completes the vision that Oxford Development created to transform this portion of Pittsburgh’s iconic Strip District.
The contemporary exterior and floor-to-floor glass emulates its neighboring Burns White Center. The two buildings were conceived as the complimentary core of the development providing a central hub along the river to house Pittsburgh’s expanding technology companies.
Outdoor balconies and ground-level outdoor pedestrian amenities provide a connection to the riverfront trail and views of downtown beyond.
