Centennial Hall, SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry
In response to the long and narrow site, Centennial Hall consists of two linear wings connected by the building entrance and common areas. One wing is comprised of apartment and suite-style units for upperclassmen while the other provides semi-suite units for freshmen.
Showcasing the Forestry school’s emphasis on enhancing environmental stewardship, the main building entrance is an iconic and welcoming sustainable timber structure.
Centrally located computer lounges, laundry facilities, social and recreational spaces, and educational conference rooms provide opportunities for social interaction.
Designed in association with HKK Architects of Syracuse for this project.
